Refund policy

1- If the product has already been installed, there's no way to return it or exchange it, unless it has a manufacturing defect.

2- If the product has not been installed and in its original packaging and original condition, then it's allowed to return it within 3 days, except filters.

3- If the product has not been installed and in its original packaging and original condition, then it's allowed to exchange it within 6 days, except filters.

4- Filters are not returnable or exchangeable after 1 day of the delivery date. And if it was stored by the customer in a hot temperature or under Sun exposure, then it's never allowed to be returned or exchanged.

5- If any damage happen to the product because of miss-usage, then its warranty is ended and its cost is not refundable.
